What methods do you use to print?
We use digital prints and heat vinyl for clothing, we use dye sublimation on a lot of products.
How can I check my image quality before you print?
The best way is using Canva website for artwork and the best print is 300 dpi or more.
You can email us to check your artwork.
How quickly will the order be?
Our turnaround time is 2-7 working days. The orders are printed Monday-Friday.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible, email us at email@example.com or call us 07561176507 only if we have not started your order.
I forgot something can I add to my order?
Yes email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us 07561176507 as soon as you can. We will help you the best we can with your order.
I have placed an order but have not received an order confirmation?
Email may be in your spam folder, please check there or there may just be a delay on your email which may take up to 10 minutes.
How do I wash my garments?
We recommend that you wash inside out and at 30 degrees.
Don’t tumble dry and do not iron on the print area.
Do you shipping outside the UK?
Yes we offer overseas shipping.
Can I send my order to a different delivery address instead of my billing address?
Yes you can just add your billing address and then delivery address to where you need it to go to.
My clothing looks a different shade of colour from what I ordered?
The way in which computer screens present colours; there may be some variation in the colour you receive.
I haven’t received my order yet?
This will depend on how we send either Royal Mail or courier DPD.
Royal Mail 24 to delivery in 1-3 days.
Royal Mail 48 to be delivery 2- 5 days and you will have a track number.
Couriers DPD is a 1-2 days courier service and be able track your order.
Please check your delivery address and contact us as soon as possible.
My delivery address is incorrect can I change it?
Contact us as soon as possible; we will always try our best to help. The address can be changed if your order has not been sent out. We will be able to change it with our courier DPD; however, this will delay your parcel. However Once your order is dispatched we have no way of changing the address with Royal Mail.
My order has arrived with a spelling mistake?
Please check your confirmation order first to see if the mistake is yours or our mistake. If it is ours, please email with photos so we can see what has happened and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If it’s your mistake we can a new one without the spelling mistake at your cost.
I was out when my order was tried to deliver
Our couriers, Royal Mail and DPD, will leave a card for you to arrange redelivery. If you have any issues contact us.
My order has been delivered and is damaged what do I do?
We are very sorry we know how disappointing this is the item was damaged in transit.
Please email us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
I have changed my mind can I return my order?
Very sorry but the personalised products cannot be returned or refunded.
My clothing does not fit can I exchange it?
Very sorry but the personalised items cannot be exchanges.
