At KRT Prints, we carefully pack every order to make sure your personalised items arrive safely and in great condition.

We use trusted UK delivery services including Royal Mail and DPD, with tracked options available depending on the size, weight, and urgency of your order.

Royal Mail Tracked 24

Our faster Royal Mail option. This service aims to deliver within 1 working day after dispatch.

Best for smaller personalised items, clothing, gifts, mugs, and urgent orders.

Includes tracking, delivery updates, and proof of delivery where available. Royal Mail describes Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 as tracked to delivery point services with delivery notifications and photo on delivery features. (Royal Mail)

Royal Mail Tracked 48

A reliable standard tracked service. This service aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Best for non urgent orders where tracking is still needed.

Royal Mail states that Tracked 48 aims to deliver in two to three working days, although delivery aims may not apply to some postcodes. (Royal Mail)

DPD Delivery

For larger, heavier, or higher value orders, we may use DPD.

DPD delivery includes parcel tracking, so customers can follow their order once it has been dispatched. DPD’s own tracking service lets customers check delivery progress using their parcel reference number and postcode. (track.dpd.co.uk)

Dispatch Times

As our products are custom printed or embroidered, dispatch times can vary depending on the item and order size.

Most orders are dispatched once production is complete. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been booked with the courier.

Important Delivery Notes

Delivery times start from the date your order is dispatched, not the date the order is placed.

During busy periods, such as Christmas, bank holidays, large events, or courier delays, delivery may take slightly longer.

We always recommend ordering early if your items are needed for a specific date, event, birthday, hen do, stag do, workwear launch, memorial, charity event, or business promotion.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information by email or text where available.

Please allow time for the tracking link to update after dispatch.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.
