Embroidery digitising is the process of converting your design into a file that an embroidery machine can read. This helps make sure your logo or artwork stitches cleanly, with the right detail, thread direction, sizing, and finish.
Why Digitising Matters
A normal image file like a JPG, PNG, or screenshot can’t be embroidered straight away. It needs to be converted properly so the embroidery machine knows where to stitch, what direction to stitch in, and how the design should appear on fabric.
Good digitising helps prevent messy stitching, poor detail, thread breaks, uneven logos, and designs that don’t look like the original artwork.

The setup cost starts from £20, depending on the size, detail, and complexity of the design. Once your design has been digitised, the file can usually be reused for future embroidery orders, helping to keep repeat order costs lower.
