All orders take between 5-7 days to be processed and delivered to your door (via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed). Delivery is a standard charge of £3.99.
If you have not received your order after one week, please contact us immediately so we can track your item.
Please note that proof of postage is obtained for all items. If an item does get lost then the Royal Mail advise that a period of time must pass before this item is officially lost. Once this time has past a replacement item will be sent to you. In no circumstances will a refund be issued for lost post.
You have 14 days after your order arrives to exchange or return it for a full refund. Please note that we will not be able to accept returned items which have been damaged, used, washed or worn.
If an item that does not fit is returned with all packaging intact, and shows no signs of wearing or washing, we will happily exchange (buyer pays for postage) or issue a full refund.
